Developed a game style that exceeds current standards while still appealing to a broad audience. Establish an art pipeline to achieve newly desired style. Manage and direct a team of 12 artists through pitching, design, and pre-production. Design user interface, flow, and game experience. Create in-game assets and UI elements as needed.

Art Director, FrontierVille and The Pioneer Trail (13 Months)

Built a team of 25 artists from scratch, personally defining roles and recruiting talent. Responsible for art style, scheduling, and budgeting. Was capable of keeping the team ahead of schedule under extremely tight deadlines. Worked closely with outsourcing to continuously deliver a large bulk of assets separate from our internal team. Created style guides and trained internal/external artists on how to properly achieve the style. Frontierville was acclaimed by critics as one of the best looking social games of 2010.

Managed and trained a team of 15 artists. Directed art style, feature content, and animation. Responsible for multiple content pushes every week, each containing 50-100+ assets. Worked closely with product and community managers to help drive revenue and ensure content aligned with customer interest.
